The Katherine Regional Cultural Precinct Ltd (KRCP) is a cultural enterprise that develops and professionally manages the Godinymayin Yijard Rivers Arts and Culture Centre.

The Board of Management is made up of:
• Six representative Directors appointed by the Northern Land Council
• Two representative Directors appointed by the Northern Territory Government
• One representative Director appointed by Katherine Town Council
• Three Directors selected from the general public as Community Representatives

The Board is responsible for the strategic direction of the Centre and day to day operational issues are managed by the Director and staff

The Board of Management meets six times per year, this includes the Annual General Meeting.
