Bone Dry
Bone Dry by Loose Group, launching Friday 16 October from 6pm.

Loose group have been collaborating, in many iterations, for over 30 years, initiated originally by Bonnie Stephens and Gillian Banks. Today Loose Group is a fluid community of Katherine artists who come together to collaborate and share knowledge and ideas.
Bone Dry includes Danny Murphy, Fiona Campbell, Helen Aland, Izzy Ibis, Jayne Nankivell, Kamahi Djordon King, Kate Ganley, Mandy Tootell and Toni Tapp-Coutts.
Bone Dry explores current and future water issues and concerns in the Katherine region, include fracking, contamination and drought, conveyed through various media including sculpture, ceramics, painting, photography, textiles and installation.
Godinymayin Yijard Rivers Arts & Culture Centre’s exhibition and gallery sales are bound by consignment agreements developed with Arts Law Centre of Australia. We follow ethical standards and practices when dealing with Aboriginal art and artists.
