Venue booking form

Godinymayin room capacities are:

  • Full auditorium 240 seated / 260 standing
  • Front and rear auditoriums each 120 seated/standing
  • Foyer & gallery space 120 seated/standing

**The times available for booking are your bump/in out times.

To get started:

  1. Select your room size, dates and times.
  2. Select any additional services you require for your event.
  3. Leave any notes about your booking.
  4. Choose to pay a 10% deposit or the full amount (refundable until 10 working days prior to the booking).

What you can expect from the venue:

  1. Confirmation of your booking via emailed payment receipt.
  2. Follow-up email requesting further details regarding your event including venue hire agreement, floor plan, technical specifications, room photographs.
